Justin founded Stansell Construction in 2006 and has since guided its growth into the Stansell Group, a family of companies serving commercial construction, civil and sitework, custom homes, and septic services. With more than $400 million in completed projects, his leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to quality have shaped a unified organization built to serve clients through a broad range of construction needs.

Robert brings more than 20 years of experience in systems, operations, and business development. His commitment to excellence, relationship-building, and clear communication helps keep every project aligned with its schedule, budget, and overall goals. From initial planning through completion, Robert works closely with clients and project teams to provide dependable leadership and a clear understanding of where each project stands.

Zac brings more than 9 years of experience in finance and accounting across construction, commercial contracting, and manufacturing. As Director of Finance, he oversees financial operations for the Stansell Group’s multiple companies, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls, and accounting processes. His leadership helps provide accurate financial insight, strengthen operations, and support the Group’s continued growth.

Bobby brings more than 20 years of experience spanning marketing, graphic design, brand development, and technology. As Director of Marketing & Technology, he guides strategy and creative direction across the Stansell Group while strengthening the systems and digital capabilities supporting its companies. His integrated approach drives each company to operate more efficiently, communicate with greater clarity and deliver better experiences.
